Building on a career in education, and a graduate from renowned culinary schools Rouxbe and Food Future Institute, her expertise is in plant based cooking, baking, and desserts. Combining a love for international foods with a solid
understanding of the needs to cook delicious, nutritious meals for our busy life styles, she loves preparing meals for friends from nature’s bounty.
