Fall Equinox Sound Bath

The Fall Equinox has been celebrated for centuries as the 2nd and final harvest of the year. A day to reap our final harvest of the season before we slide into the cozy and slower pace of the winter months. A time when the earth rests and resets in preparation for another season of growth the following spring. The equinox is an equal portion of both sunlight and moonlight , reminding us of the importance of balance between growth and rest.

Join us as we mark this turning of the seasons with a time of gratitude and reflection. Laying to rest busy season of the summer and turning our own inner compass towards the beautiful fall season.

We will honor this day by spending a moment with a candlelit ceremony, reflecting on the harvest of the season, ie: what we are grateful for, as well as releasing what needs to be released in order to prepare ourselves for the coming season. We will then be lulled into the energy of the season with a deeply relaxing sound bath and guided meditation with Jennifer of Sage and Soul Healing.
