Service Description
With Alecksee's background in Pilates, physical therapy and trigger points, he will formulate personalized sessions that will help both your movement and strength. This 1:1 instruction moves at the pace that fits you and incorporates standing and mat exercises specific to your needs. His goal will be to enhance your strength, balance and body awareness so that you can leave the studio feeling more confident and capable. Chair support is also incorporated as needed.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. • No show or missed appointment will reduce priority of future bookings • Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
